This place is a highlight of my trip to japan. I saw on instagram last night that they have marukyu-koyamaen that can be reserved starting April 1st, I then quickly messaged the owner. It was already so late at night, and I am leaving japan in one day… the owner responded me so quickly…. Next thing was that I showed up and got my match!!!! I am so happy. I feel my trip is fulfilled. The owner spoke perfect English and was able to help me find out what I wanted!!! Will definitely comeback here next time when I come to japan again!!!!
It's a lovely tea shop run by eldery couple. I stumble upon this certain tiktok post about this shop until I found the X account of Tsukasaen. I finally be able to buy the most coveted Marukyu Koyamaen matcha by reserving it through X. They are very nice, even gave me some candy in my bag of purchase. They also accept cash and card payment.Thank you, I will be visiting again and I do recommend this shop to everyone who has been searching for matcha especially MK
スタッフの方が本当に優しくて親切でした。家族でやっているような温かい雰囲気のお店です。私の好みに合わせて、どの抹茶を選んだらいいかを丁寧に分かりやすく説明してくれました。

見るからに人の良さそうな老夫婦がお茶のことを親切に教えてくれるので私は好きです。お茶が特に安いわけではないですが、感じの良い店です。
