お料理がとても美味しく、美味しいだけではなく目でも楽しめました。スタッフの方達の対応も凄く良いです。お店の雰囲気も大好きな場所です。

this Japanese restaurant TAN-KUMA 炭熊 is located within the property of Yufuin Hotspring hotel "BUAISO" 由布院 奥宿【無相荘】customers who are not staying at this hotel can use this res at lunch. pls be careful, reservation required in advance.Hotel BUAUSO has another Sushi res "ON-NO-MI" right next to the helicopter heliport.but 鮨 Sushi res ON NO MI has been closed for now due to Sushi chef's absence. i got this info from the hotel clerk in Apr2024 directly.we,helicopter pilots and others, had lunch course of charcoal grilled Bungo-beef 豊後牛 and chicken in Apr2024 at TAN KUMA res.the CEO of this hotel recommended to eat grilled beef and chicken with 無相荘's 特製 ポン酢&大根おろしspecial PONZU with grated radish.
