We leased a vehicle from Alternativa for six months and we would strongly reccommend this company. Their communication was prompt and friendly and their follow up service was thorough and professional. We are non Japanese-speaking residents but all documentation was translated into English and the process was made as easy as possible to navigate. The car itself was in excellent condition for a second hand vehicle.
Thank you very much for the Alternativa team, super efficient and clear communication in English, which is difficult to find in Japan. i'm a returning customer for seceral times with Alternativa already, i would highly recommend anyone who needs a leasing car in Japan esp those who doesn't know Japanese :)

Alternativa provided me with excellent customer service and support for 6 years. They always reminded me when it was time for seasonal tire changes and car inspections. They have great English support and I knew I could call them in an emergency and they would be there to help. I always felt safe and supported while driving one of their cars. They made the process of renting a car as a foreigner living in rural Japan an easy and smooth experience. The staff is wonderful and I’m especially grateful to Naoko-san, Yuri-san, and Marco.

ゲームや歌など、たのしみながら自然と身に付くような関わりをしてくれます。普段は日本人の先生ですがたまにネイティブの先生もレッスンに参加してくれる時があるようです(^^)
初めて飛び込んだ英会話の世界でしたが、とても親切に丁寧に対応してくださいました。大人数ではないので、身近にコミュニュケーションがとれるかと思います。自然な会話が出来るようスキルUPを目標に頑張ろうと思います。
