Lovely location, staff are very nice and friendly, helped us with any queries that we had, again a good location, 5mins from the nearest train station and plenty of small shops in the area.Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Tokyo or nearby area :)
Nous avons séjourné durant 2 semaine dans ce logement et tout était parfait ☺️ Les hôtes sont très accueillants et le logement est très bien placé et très bien équipé ☺️ Merci a eux d'avoir contribué au très bon déroulement de notre séjour ☺️
Un super hôtel, nous sommes arrivés le 12 mars au soir en ayant pris un bus nous amenant à 5 minutes de l'hôtel et l'accès est super facile 😊, la chambre pour 3 était parfaite on y a très bien dormi,il y avait même une table en plus si besoin, et on est a proximité de tout avec les différentes lignes de métro, le personnel est adorable également je vous recommande d'y aller si vous voulez visiter Tokyo ! 😁
Arrivé le 12 Mars au soir, la location est extrêmement bien situé (bus limousine qui nous dépose a 5 minutes de la location depuis l'aéroport de Haneda) la location numéro 203 est parfaite pour 3 personnes. Un lit double + un petit canapé lit. Petite cuisine indépendante avec cuiseur à riz, micro-ondes malgré qu'il y ai aussi un espace commun pour cuisiner ! Situé a 30 secondes a pied d'un Seven Eleven parfait pour les petites faims ! Toute les personnes présentes dans le Airbnb sont très courtois et n'hésitent pas à aider. Les stations E29 et KO 02 sont a 10 minutes à pieds ce qui rend la visite de Tokyo vraiment très facile. Merci pour l'accueil et à bientôtTheo Quentin & Esteban
Excellent location for exploring Tokyo with friendly hosts.If you are tall the room may be on the small side but we had no problems.7eleven just round the corner as well!👍
Very strange accommodation, not really what i or most people would consider a hotel its more of a shared hostel type situation. The staff was really nice to us but yeah i think they should be more clear on their airbnb listing about what it is you’re getting. Most of the stated features are shared spaces with the rest of the tenants which is not explained in the listing. The rooms are very close together even if you whisper you can hear the other peoples conversations which makes staying here pretty awkward to be honest. Would be a good budget space to stay but the listing is way too expensive for what you’re actually getting.

Great Stay for Families – Comfortable, Well-Located & PracticalI stayed at Hotel Alshinjuku 6/202 in Tokyo for 5 nights during the first week of April with my wife and our 3-year-old child, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience.The location is excellent — just about a 7-minute walk from two different metro stations, and a bus stop is also within 5 minutes. Getting around the city was very convenient.The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Yes, like most places in Tokyo, the room size is slightly compact, but it is very thoughtfully designed. The biggest advantage for us was the in-room kitchen with all necessary utensils, which made it easy to cook meals for our child.The bathroom was well-equipped with a bathtub and a smart toilet. Storage space was sufficient with a cupboard, and the room also had a TV and a sofa-cum-bed. The main bed is a low bed but comfortably accommodated all three of us. An additional bed option was also available if needed.The property itself is spread across multiple levels (ground, first, and upper floors). We stayed on the first floor. One drawback is the absence of a lift. Since we had a late check-in and no staff on-site at that time (though instructions were clearly shared via Airbnb), carrying luggage upstairs was a bit challenging.There is a shared space for laundry, and a designated area to keep strollers and shoes, which is quite convenient. Staff members are usually available in the morning for any assistance.One minor issue we noticed was some noise transfer between rooms at night, but it wasn’t a major concern.A big plus is the proximity to a 7-Eleven — just a 2-minute walk away — making it extremely easy to grab anything you need at any time.Overall, if you’re planning a stay in Tokyo and are looking for a budget-friendly, well-located accommodation with kitchen facilities, especially for families, this is a great option. Highly recommended!
