A truly wonderful traditional farm stay in the heart of nature. We were welcomed as family and had the farm stay all to ourselves. We had the best sleep of our entire trip and Masuni and Tetsuro made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
この宿での体験は、この村とセットです。早朝に村を散歩して、この古い民家に帰ってくるのは、貴重な体験です。冬は暖炉が温かく迎えてくれます。温泉まで徒歩数分。散歩中にアナグマに出会いました。夜は運がよければオオサンショウウオを見ることができます。夜に車の音もなく、暖炉の火がパチパチという音だけしかしないのは贅沢な気分になれます。コーヒーを淹れて、本を読んだり、散歩したりして過ごしました。朝の霧や、村から立ち昇る煙が幻想的でした。
春夏秋冬それぞれの季節で楽しめる体験型の一棟貸しゲストハウス。オオサンショウウオや美しい景色に出会えます。
閑静で避暑を過ごすに最適ですね。夜間の星空も最高でした。

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. Masuni and Tetsuru were lovely warm hearted hosts. The stay was perfect and very big.The first night we went looking voor the Hanzaki and were very lucky to find 4 individuals. Such special and amazing creatures! Masuni and Tetsuru acompanied us, which was very ‘gezellig’ (untranslatable dutch word).The second day we drove around exploring the biodiversity around Asago. We found different kinds of snakes, skink, salamanders, frogs and birds. It was pretty late when we came back, Masunk and Tetsuru already prepared our dinner, it was still warm! 💜 What thoughtful people. In the evening we found 2 hanzaki again and mammals like Sika Deer, Racoondog, Fox, Marten and a Badger. It was so nice to be away from the big cities for a bit and explore the nature of Japan.Thank you so much!
