トヨタレンタカー 羽田空港（国際線）店の特徴
シャトルバスは30分毎に運行しており、待ち時間が短く便利です。
羽田空港国際線ターミナル3階にあるトヨタレンタカーのお店です。
スタッフは親切で、荷物のサポートも手際良く行ってくれました。
各都市のトヨタレンターでの車の返却時にはスタッフの方が玄関先までお出迎えをされますが，今回利用の店舗は連休の影響なのかお出迎えがなく，車を止めた後に入店してもこちらからの挨拶後に店内にいた二人のスタッフのうちの一人がご対応頂き，その後の空港行きバスの発車待ちと空港国際線までの移動時間を合わせると1時間近くもかかかり、もっと早く様子がわかっていれば羽田での乗り捨てを見合わせる決断をしていたでしょう。

Free shuttle from Terminal 3. There was clear instructions how to get to the shuttle stop. The pick up took quite sometime. The car was clean. Highly recommend using Toyota Rent A Car when renting in Japan. We have used this company 3 times already and happy with every rental.
横浜からレンタカーをしました。空港にはカウンターがないので、空港から約20分くらい離れたところにある国際便専用のオフィスに戻すことになりました。( 乗り捨て) ロビーは綺麗で冷房も効いていました。シャトルバスはうまくタイミングが合えば乗ることができますが、時刻表などはない上に、決まった時間にバスは出ないので、出たばかりだと40分以上ぐらい待つことになるそうです。そこからタクシーか電車で空港に向かうことになりますので、その際は時間は十分に余裕を見て車を返すことをお勧めします。
We arrived at Haneda Airport (International Terminal) at 7:00 AM, but please note that the Toyota Rent-a-Car counter on the 3rd floor only opens at 8:00 AM. After registering at the counter, you’ll need to head down to the 1st floor to catch the shuttle bus. Just follow the signage, it’s quite straightforward.The shuttle bus came at 8:30 AM. The staff mentioned that the buses come frequently and the wait should generally not exceed 30 minutes. The bus driver checked our receipt from the earlier registration and assigned us a ticket number. He was very helpful and assisted with our luggage before guiding us onto the bus.The ride to the rental location took about 15 minutes with no traffic. Upon arrival, just wait in line at the office, they call customers based on ticket numbers regardless of the order in which you queue, so don’t worry if someone joins the line after you.Registration at the office was quick and efficient. I was then asked to wait outside while they prepared my car. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up: another group of tourists mistakenly took my assigned car, and the staff handed it over to them. I didn’t realise until some time had passed. When I informed the staff, there was still some confusion even after they verified both my identity and the other group's twice. In the end, the other tourists, who arrived later, got their car earlier, and I ended up with nearly an hour’s delay.The staff apologised, and I understand that part of the confusion was caused by the other group’s actions. While the delay was disappointing, I appreciate the staff’s effort and overall professionalism. Aside from this incident, I was quite happy with the entire rental process and the service provided.
国際線店とは言いながら、国際線ターミナルからはだいぶ離れた場所にあります国際線ターミナルまで無料で送迎してくれます。

周辺のオススメ
Everything is good except that the shuttle bus from and to the airport are not very frequent. Average waiting is more than 20 minutes. Given that it is very close to the airport, I guess there is only one bus and driver circling the route. Hope they can add one more bus so that the average waiting is within 10 minutes. 20 minutes is a long enough time to get to Ginza from Haneda AP.
