I rented the 3rd floor space for an event, and I really love it because it’s clean and has such a comfortable atmosphere! The owner is also very friendly, and he told me that a wine bar will open on the 1st floor in mid-October. I’m really looking forward to it!

階段は急ですが、民家の中に位置し、とても居心地のいい空間です。機会がありましたら是非また利用したいと思います。
静かできれい。コーヒーサーバーからコーヒーも頂けて、疲れたらソファで気分転換もできます。建築系の本がずらっと並んだおしゃれな空間で仕事ができるので気に入っています！行く時はだいたい1日中利用させて頂いています。
建築雑誌の新しい物から古い物まであり、自由に閲覧できるので勉強なります。異業種の人もいるので様々な情報も聞けたり、相談できるので非常に助かります。
2F、3F、4Fがシェアオフィスで4Fを仕事で利用させていただいています。浅草駅、本所吾妻橋駅、蔵前駅から歩いて大体10分位です。絶妙に駅から近くない為、逆に静かで作業に集中できています。4Fブースで仕事、時々3Fソファーで休憩といった感じで、メリハリをつけて過ごせています。改善点を改善しながらといった感じはありますが、これからが楽しみです。The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors are shared office spaces, and I use the 4th floor for work.It's about a 10-minute walk from Asakusa Station, Honjo-Azumabashi Station, or Kuramae Station.It's not too close to the stations, which is perfect—it's quiet, so I can really focus on my work.I work in a booth on the 4th floor and sometimes take breaks on the sofa on the 3rd floor, which helps me maintain a good balance.There are still some areas for improvement, but I'm looking forward to what comes next.
