The house is very beautiful, modern Japanese, good location and super clean! We were a group of 8 and the house was perfectly comfortable. The communication with the owner was direct and polite + the price is acceptabel. We would definitely recommend to stay here if you are in Kyoto.
Great accommodation, well finished and ideal location. This is our second stop after spending the first week in Tokyo, and we feel absolutely at ease and relaxed here at kyoran. Highly recommend, we'll book again.
Beautifully designed property in central location. Very comfortable for a family of 6. The bath and little garden are amazing! Only lost a star for us due to lack of cooking/dining facilities (only a two ring stove and microwave, only plastic plates, no dining table), but plenty of options for eating out.
Our stay in Kyoto was absolutely wonderful thanks to this fantastic Airbnb! We were a group of 5 adults and a baby, and the space was more than accommodating. Unlike many places we've stayed, we never felt congested here; there was plenty of room for all of us to relax comfortably.The highlight for us was definitely the indoor spa. It was such a treat to unwind there after a long day of exploring the city. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, adding an extra layer of luxury to our stay.The location couldn't have been better either. Situated in a prime spot, we were able to easily access all the main attractions and restaurants without hassle. It made our sightseeing experience smooth and enjoyable.Our host was incredibly hospitable and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Communication was prompt and helpful, which we really appreciated.Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Kyoto. It's ideal for groups or families looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. We can't wait to come back!
The stay was absolutely beautiful, spacious and everything as described and more. The host had been more than accommodating and has gone out of her way to make our stay perfect. The location is also lovely as it is near everything but not in a loud/busy area (indicated by the Four Seasons and Hyatt Regency right nearby). The private onsen is the cherry on top!
寝室が三部屋あるので、多様なメンバーで宿泊する時にとてもリラックスして過ごせます。内装は写真の通り、とても綺麗です。食事をするためのテーブルは少し小さいですが、工夫で乗り越えられます。ボウルやザルはないので、料理する方は技術が必要です。

I had a wonderful stay here!The location is perfect - close to the mainattractions in Higashiyama but still very quiet and peaceful.The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed.The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. It really felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto!
