We had a great stay at Altitude. We had five people sharing two rooms each with three beds which is a bit squishy but apart from sleeping we didn’t spend much time in the room. There is a large communal breakfast and lounge area which doubles as a bar at night. Staff were very nice and helpful and in the absence of the free shuttle bus the town provides (this only started on 23/12 - bus stop is right outside the lodge) they were happy to ferry us around and pick us up on arrival. Most of the time the walk to and from town was fine anyway. We would love to come back.
シンプルな雰囲気の宿。ここからゲレンデまで行くには、長坂ゴンドラ連絡ペアリフトまで歩くか、第一駐車場まで移動するか、宿から出ているシャトルバスを利用するかです。野沢温泉街からも少々はなれた場所にありますが、健康な人ならば歩いて行き来できる距離です。スタッフは私が見た限りではみんな外国人で、日本語が上手な方もみえますが、宿泊客も外国人が多く、日本語はあまり通じないと思ったほうが良いでしょう。しかしそれがまるで海外旅行に来ているかのような錯覚を覚えます。駐車場は決して広くはありませんが、自家用車で来る人は少ないのか、あまり混雑の心配はなさそう。停めれない場合は、隣の第三駐車場に停めることになりそうです。乾燥室は広く、スキー•スノーボードだけでなく、ブーツやウェアも乾燥できます。朝食は最高です！日替わりのメニューを、厨房スタッフが調理して持ってきてくれますが、その他のパンやシリアルは、自分で好きなものを盛り付けるシステムです。バスタオルや歯ブラシは、連泊の場合でも一人につきひとつずつ。二日目以降に同じタオルを使いたくない人は、持参すべし。スタッフのみなさんも誠実でよく働くという印象を受けますし、すばらしい宿だと思います。玄関で靴を脱いで中へ、というのは日本人にとっては落ち着きますが、あえていうならば玄関の下駄箱の前にスノコとか置いてほしい。下駄箱から室内まで遠いので。
３月にスキーの宿泊です。もっと高額で良い宿泊施設は数多く有りますが宿泊料金に対しての★評価です。スタッフも宿泊客も外国人が多いし英語表記多数。部屋のお湯はぬるめ、地上波は映りませんし、浴衣もありませんが、この時期にはリーズナブルです。朝ごはんはパンとシリアルにフルーツと外国気分です。
コスパがすごく良い。
完璧な景色と朝食。入るときは靴を脱ぐように警告します😅自動販売機で500円のビールがもらえる！これはこれまで非常に重要なことです。野沢温泉にコンビニがないから笑。とにかく彼らは無料でスキー用具用の独自のロッカーを提供しました！（原文）Perfect view and breakfast.I warn you to take off your shoes when you enter in 😅You can have ¥500 beers by vending machines !This is very important thing ever. Cause there is no convenience store in nozawa onsen lol.Anyway they provided own lockers for ski gear by free!

Justin and other staff were very helpful and polite. They offered different breakfast every morning, which was delicious. Our room and the rest of the hotel was nice and clean. Also really appreciate the short notice shuttle bus rides to town that Justin provided and tips where to eat and which onsens to try out. They definitely went above and beyond. Will stay again.

Apple TV in the rooms and shuttle bus to and back from town when required. The cooked western breakfast was the highlight.
野沢温泉のベスト宿泊施設。私たちは6泊し、その1分ごとを楽しみました。スタッフの素晴らしさを十分に表現できず、とてもフレンドリーで親切。まるで一日中ゲレンデに行った後、毎晩家に帰ってきたかのように感じました。ホテルのようには感じませんでした。毎朝の朝食は素晴らしく、部屋はとてもきれいで大きかった（日本で経験した多くの人と比べて）。私はこのホテルを本当にお勧めできません。（原文）Best accommodation in Nozawa Onsen. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Cannot express enough how incredible the staff were, so friendly and helpful. I felt as if i was coming home every night after being on the slopes all day, did not feel like a hotel. The breakfast every morning was amazing and rooms were so clean and large (compared to many in japan we have experienced). I cannot recommend this hotel enough it really made our stay so much better and enjoyable.

周辺のオススメ
We had a great time at Altitude Nozawa. One of the chair lifts is just next door so it’s very easy to come and go to the mountain. I believe you’d have to still go to the gondola station if you were looking at buying the tickets everyday tho. Our room was spacious and had a private bathroom. No fridge or kettle. Boiling water is available in the breakfast room all day. The drying room is phenomenal, dry and warm gear everyday. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Although we had a car, they also do several runs into town in their hotel van. We found it very easy to walk into the centre… didn’t think location was a problem at all, despite previous reviews mentioning it. Less than 5 min walk to the closest combini as well. Overall great value!
