⚫︎サービスについて私の都合で何度も旅程の相談をさせていただいたところ、オーナーさんは快く柔軟にご対応くださいました。出発時にはお宿のことや地域のことについて話を聞かせていただき、楽しいひと時を過ごせました。●お宿について人の往来が無く静かな立地なので、日々の喧騒から離れられます。夜は月がきれいな、朝は朝日と共に目覚め、窓からは海が拝めました。わかめ漁の工場をリノベーションした建物の内装はとてもオシャレで、オーナーさんのセンスとこだわりが随所に感じられました。●周辺施設橋を渡った場所に新しめの温泉施設があり、サウナに水風呂にリラクゼーションスペースと、こちらもくつろげました。
日常に疲れた時、都会から離れてゆっくりのんびり自分と向き合える時間を過ごせる海辺のお宿。宿前から出てる渡舟に乗りちょっとした船旅気分も味わえます(笑)大好きなお宿です。
海のまち鳴門市。土佐泊の漁村に佇むのは、大人の一人旅のための宿『NOMA yado』です。2部屋の個室と共用のキッチン・シャワールームというシンプルな設え。各部屋には開放的な窓が取り付けられ、鳴門の飾らない海の姿を見ることができます。また、部屋の至る所にあるアートも感性を研ぎ澄ませてくれます。オーナーの能勢さんは、もともと兵庫県でフリーランスの映像制作の仕事をしており、息抜きにサーフィンをしに徳島に来ていたのだとか。暮らしの中でのしかかる重荷を下ろして自分に戻れる場所が、この海だったと言います。そんな思い入れのある鳴門の良さを体感できる場所を作りたいと思って生まれたのがこの宿。

NOMAyado is one of those rare places that stays with you long after you leave. The owner, Nose-san, is warm, kind, and flexible, and I immediately feel at home. He greeted me with a cup of matcha when I checked in, sent me off every morning with a wave and a cheerful “Itterasshai” and welcomed me back every evening with a warm “Okaeri.” He knows the area like the back of his hand, and not only introduced me to the immediate neighborhood of Tosadomari with a cute and helpful local map, but also to Okazaki across the water via a free ferry that runs every 30 minutes, and to the greater Naruto area. He introduced me to several memorable restaurants and sightseeing spots, and through his introductions I made some very important and meaningful connections.The yado (accomodation) is simple, peaceful, and perfectly suited to guests who desire a genuinely special experience. My room felt like a private escape, with a comfortable bed, a chair to relax in, a barstool and counter with an amazing view, great AC, and plenty of room for my luggage, etc. I was concerned about sharing the bathroom and shower, but I actually enjoyed both. The shower has amazing water pressure and the shampoo/conditioner/soap provided was delightful. Although they are shared with the other guestroom, both the bathroom and shower were always spotlessly clean and felt private.Although I explicitly did NOT cook (I was on vacation!), I was impressed by the kitchen. Everything you’d need is there: stove, fridge, cookware, dishes, cutlery. Such a cleverly and simply designed shared space!Staying at NOMAyado is much more meaningful than just staying at a hotel or typical short-term rental. It is peaceful, connected, warm, flexible, charming, relaxed, thoughtful, and genuinely personal.I will definitely return again and again, and highly recommend NOMAyado to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area or a true getaway from the noise of the world. A place where you can slow down, be welcomed, and reconnect with simple pleasures.
