ゲストハウス PLENO（プレノ）の特徴
ホスト夫妻が温かく迎えてくれ、素晴らしい思い出を作れました。
電動自転車を貸してくださり、直島の美術館を楽しむのに大変便利でした。
食材が豊富に揃っており、朝食が自炊できるのも嬉しいポイントです。
The perfect place to stay for our one night on Naoshima Island.The hosts picked us up when we arrived, provided free bikes for our time there, and drove us around when it was too rainy to bike. They did it all and made this one of our favorite days of our trip.The house (bedroom, living, room and kitchen) was cozy and quiet with everything we needed.
アメリカからの友人家族と一緒に宿泊しました。室内はとても清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。フェリー乗り場までの送迎、自転車の確保、朝ごはん用の食料品の買い出し等、予想以上に至れり尽くせりで驚きました。早朝の出発だったため、朝ごはんにと持たせた下さったおにぎり、美味しかったです。オーナーさんご夫婦の温かいお人柄も旅の良い思い出となりました。ありがとうございます。直島に行く時にはまたお世話になりたいですし、行く人がいたらお勧めしたいお宿です。
Very cozy home along the eastern shore of Naoshima. The place is exceptionally clean, and the fridge is stocked with tons of food and snacks.But really what made it feel special was the hospitality of the owners. When we arrived, they went out of their way to drive me and my friends (even though some of them were staying at a different place) to the guesthouse and back. We were running a bit late for the ferry last day, and they made sure we were able to make it. Even surprised us with a small breakfast of homemade onigiri.PS. We enjoyed melting away under the Kotatsu
Masako-san and her husband were incredibly sweet, inviting, and helpful. Not only did they pick us up from the Honmura port and drive us to PLENO, they also let us use their e-bikes to visit the Benesse house museums on the first day. Then, on the our second day they let us leave our luggage at the guesthouse and drove us to the Chichu museum because it was raining. They also offered us dinner and lunch recommendations even calling to make reservations. When we got up in the morning they informed us that all of the cafes around were closed due to it being Christmas, but said we could eat anything in the guesthouse, which was stocked with food. We cooked and ate a wonderful and filling breakfast of eggs, bacon, ham, and toast with instant coffee on the side and didn't charge us anything extra. THEN, when it was all said and done, we needed to leave from Miyanoura port and they drove us all the way there to drop us off and took a Polaroid photo of us to keep as a memento. Truly couldn't have asked for a better arrangement. I cannot recommend PLENO enough. If you don't want to stay at the Benesse house, this should definitely be your choice.
Superb place to stay. Loved the home, the comfort, the warmth. The electric bikes were great to get around the city. The hosts are super warm people. They dropped us to the museum and then came back to pick us up to drop us at the port. The house is also stocked up with food in case you need anything. Very well located next to the honmura port and art house projects. The host also reserved a table for us for dinner which was the best idea!
This is a rare find - amazing amazing hosts and fantastic home from home. The electric bikes make a world of difference to your visit and the hosts are so generous with their time and providing advise and also suppliesDefinitely recommend
We had a spectacular stay. The home is clean, cute, and in a great location. The hosts picked us up in their car and drove us to the ferry when we left. They made us feel perfectly at home. I cannot recommend guesthouse Pleno more. Thank you, Masako!
Excellent! The house is comfortable. It has everything you could need. The hosts are always at your disposal. They take you in their car wherever you want to go. To museums, restaurants and places of interest.

We had a wonderful stay at Pleno. Masako and her husband are very kind and helpful - they provide for everything and it feels like home. Would definitely recommend staying at their place.
