Was really surprised by the space in the rooms. Basically the size of an apartment. Includes a toilet closet, bathroom with smart shower and bath, washing machine. Small kitchen with many appliances. Lounge with sofa, tv and then a bedroom with double bed. Only downside was the noise as right next to train station but if you’re a deep sleeper or wear ear plugs no problem! Would stay again
Very clean, spacious room with great amenities. This accommodation is not staffed, everything is digital but we have no trouble finding our ways around.Excellent location being very close to both Metro and JR stations.The entrance can be tricky to find, it’s at the back (to the right) of the Lawson Store.Will stay again.
What a fantastic apartment. So conveniently located minutes from the train station. A huge affordable grocery store and 100 yen shop within a one minute walk. Apartment so well equipped with a kitchen, washing machine and drying room which worked exceptionally well.
We’re a family of four who traveled through Asia in July and August, staying in three Airbnbs and three hotels over nearly a month. This hotel was not the best but it was fine. The room itself would rate 5 stars as it offers many amenities for a very reasonable price. The beds were comfortable, the room is spacious by Japan standards, there was a full size fridge, there was a clothes washer (which we really needed as the temperature outside was sweltering and it was nice to wash all our sweaty clothes at the end of the day), and the shower room also functions as an effective clothes dryer. The location of this hotel would also rate 5 stars as the S12 Tamagawa metro station is literally right outside the hotel and it will take you directly to Dotonbori quickly (4 stops). The Noda JR Train station is a little further away, roughly a 5 minute walk, and this train will take you to Universal Studios Japan quickly (3 stops). This train is also part of the Osaka Loop line. I see in other reviews online that people complain about the train noise but the noise did not bother our family at all. In fact, we enjoyed watching the trains go by from our balconies -- we would have watched longer if not for the oppressive heat. The reason for the four stars is that the common spaces, including the lobby, are stuffy with no ventilation and no climate control. During our stay, the outside temperature were really oppressive (high 30s degrees Celsius). When we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait for someone to appear on the monitor screen so she could remotely check us in. They had to take pictures of the four of us and of all our passports. The procedure lasted about ten minutes, which would have been fine in a climate-controlled room, but was intolerable in the sweltering lobby. I’m sure the person on the other side of the monitor was in a comfortable, climate-controlled office, but she should be more mindful of the guests she’s checking in, who are left suffocating in the lobby -- perhaps offering to pause the process for us to go somewhere to cool down. The check-in process would rate a 1. So overall average rating is a 4.
房價乾淨沒有霉味。浴室有風乾功能，可以掛衣服，一下子就乾了。床也算乾淨，椅子部分就小髒。廚房方便，抽風做的算好。有冰箱，鞋櫃。座地鐵也是很快，路口有個出入口就可以去，然後對面是JR車站。睡覺時會有地鐵聲，但還可以接受。每天的垃圾需自己拿到該樓層電梯口放。
駅前、一階はコンビニ、自炊も出来る、洗濯も出来る。
リピーターです。新しくてキレイ、駅チカ、ユニバもすぐ、風呂トイレ別、洗濯機、キッチンあり、風呂乾燥機あり、近くにコンビニ、美味しい居酒屋や寿司屋あり、お気に入りです。

周辺のオススメ
超商、超市、麥當勞、車站（地鐵，JR）都很近！兩個人住剛好可以開伙沒問題👍各類廚具都有（鍋碗筷子等等）廁所乾濕分離有附贈洗衣粉洗衣機（強烈建議不要帶太多衣服佔行李空間，去再買就好！）浴室可泡澡可曬衣服有乾燥功能有吸塵器，吹風機（普通的那種），熨斗！垃圾分類！外面有個集中的地方整體來說這個價格這個CP值極高絕對是會下次首選對了，因為離車站近多少有點聲音我們不是靠車站那一側所以覺得還好但他們很貼心，有耳塞可用。
