The best little Japanese Izakaya tucked in Osaka.The food is delicious and variety of sake is available.The owner is very friendly and funny too! Highly recommend if you are visiting Osaka.
It's like a neighborhood restaurant from a 70s Japanese movie, you sit at the bar and served by hosts who talk to you and want to know where you're from and what you want to do in Osaka, with JR running overhead once every 5 minutes that rocks this place. We love this vintage vibe and this is one of the best highlights of our trip! Come if you're up for practicing Japanese conversation and get to know the hosts and other guests if you're social 😉😉😉

A soulful izakaya primarily patronized by locals. No smoking which is quite nice if you’re a non-smoker just wanting to soak in the charm of the restaurant and atmosphere. The shop is run by a wonderful family who radiate warmth to their guests as the trains rumble above head.
カウンターとテーブル席が一つあり、予約してテーブル席に6名で集いました。味の染みた柔らかに炊いたタコ、程よい塩加減のグジ（甘鯛）の干物など、全て美味しく、お酒も種類が豊富でした。毎月1日と15日はお母さんがお赤飯を炊いてくれ、出してくれます。締めは信州そば。美味しく楽しく過ごせたひとときでした。

For tourists who want to enjoy Japanese food, this restaurant , a very short distance from the Osaka Station, is well worth a visit.Located under an elevated JR line, the sound of passing trains can sometimes be heard, but not enough to be bothersome.It is a little more upmarket than some of the restaurants in this corner, with a clean and cosy interior.
