Nice staff that supports English. You can get everything from account opening to any update procedure. There are accessible ATM at this branch as well. Pretty convenient.
I got one of my most wonderful experiences in case of banking services and opening account. Staff are so respectful and even high ranking people give you the most wonderful experience. Highly recommended for foreigners .

多くの場所で使用できないキャッシュカードのみを提供します。
英語のウェブサイトでさえ、日本語を知らなくても取引はできません。
または、日本語を知っている人からの助けが必要です。
（原文）Poor English support. Provides only cash card that cannot be used in many places. Even in their English website, you can't do transactions without knowing Japanese. Or you will need help from someone who knows Japanese.

私は日本語を全く知らないうちに何とか日本の大学の銀行口座を作る必要がありました。
それがこの銀行のためでなければ、私はそれをやり遂げることができたのかどうか疑います。
素敵で素早い英語のサービスで、地下鉄駅の近くに位置しています。
（原文）I had to somehow make a bank account for my university in Japan when I didn't know any Japanese at all. If it wasn't for this bank I doubt I could've done it. Wonderful, quick English service and is located close to a metro station.
The bank offers english support and quick service. It is gaijin(foreigner friendly)
内部の気候は非常に良く、残念ながら英語のサポートはありません。

They offer two cards, one that only work with ATM in Japan and Europe to withdraw money ( you can not pay for food with it in shop) Second VISA with witch you can pay in shop in Japan and Europe but you can only withdraw money in Japan. Second card can be given only when you have the first one. Also because i do not speak Japanese they can not give second card because if something happen the phone support is only in Japanese language.
Wouldn't let me open an account as my zairyou card only shows 6months period of stay, even though I have 1 year visa.
