管理者が常駐してないが何ら問題なく過ごせた女性用のトイレや風呂もあり女性1人でも大丈夫だった。

立地とコスパは最高。
メールでの説明は丁寧で親切でした。
大久保駅近くのゲストハウス完全個室なので居やすさ充分ただ場所がとてもわかりづらいので 地図見ながら行くのをオススメ。
トリプル２名で予約したのに、行ってみると2段ベッドの部屋。
部屋変更に、追加になるとスタッフ。
寝るだけなのでとそのまま宿泊。
シャワールームやトイレが男性用と女性用と別れていて安心でした。
Wi-Fiもあり、駅近で安価で泊まれたのは嬉しい😃ただ、夜中や早朝はスタッフが居ないので、荷物を預けるのに不安。
Como empezar... La habitación es más amplia de lo que parece en la foto (la nuestra 2F C 205), no hay interruptor de la luz no dentro ni "cerca" de la habitación (está debajo del intercomunicador con la calle, hay una tapa, la abres y és el interruptor sucio, se pega el dedo), no nos dieron funda de almohada ni sabana para taparnos (había una bajera puesta que parecía limpia y un nórdico), hay una pequeña nevera dentro de la habitación. No limpian. Debajo de la cama hay pelusas de mucho tiempo. El WC no lo limpian, hay un ambientador que hay que poner, yo prefería ir al baño público de la calle que está mucho más limpio. La ducha; me duche la primera noche pk lo necesitaba, pero la segunda pagamos ducha en "9 hour" y la tercera no me duché (al día siguiente en próximo destino.). No me he encontrado una ducha tan sucia y con tanto moho en ningun otro sitio. Creo que no la han limpiado NUNCA. La cocina; hay un fogón eléctrico, no hay donde enchufarlo, no hay vajilla (hay 4 tazas, 1 plato y 1 bol), ni cubiertos, ni sartenes, ni ningun otro recipiente donde poder cocinar (por si pensabais en comprar un alargador para poder enchufar la cocina). Si hay microondas (sucio y con mal olor) y calentador de agua ( no usé y no miré). El estropajo también lleva bastante tiempo en el fregadero. Muchos que leáis esta opinión os preguntaréis porque he puntuado con dos estrellas, pues NO había chinches ni otros bichos (por lo menos en nuestra habitación) y la ubicación era perfecta, a 300m la estación de metro de Okubo.
Good price for a basic place in a good location. Service and response time could be better.

It was a simple place. Has all the amenities needed, except bath towel
Stayed for ten days in March on the second floor. Had our own locked bedroom with a large bed, a mini fridge and freezer, a hairdryer, controlled heating, makeup mirror, closet with hangers, and bedside power outlets. Rest of floor was shared with guests from other three rooms. Has wifi and slippers for you to use. Location was excellent; only a couple minutes walk to Okubo station and a few minutes more to Shin-okubo (both JR), many convenience and grocery stores right next door, and a lot of great affordable food options nearby. If you stay here you should try Origin Dining that's two steps away; they are excellent for their price point. Host was responsive with our questions and the check in/out process was smooth. Overall, amazing value!
