My two years experience with the kaisha is very fruitful. I learned a lot from my Kacho and Kojucho. They are both inspiring and friendly. The Kaisha taught me the mechanics of the manufacture and I saw it as a very progressive kaisha. They let the Filipinos to be well-rounded employee who can do all the phases of the job. They never stop to teach the Filipinos despite some language barrier. I have befriended almost all my Japanese superiors and co-workers. Japan becomes close to my heart because of the courtesy of my beloved Japanese friends. Special mention to Kojucho who is my inspiration up to now. I wish I could go back in Japan to thank you all my friends there. I will never forget my stay with your Kaisha. I wish your Kaisha more success!!!
