インターネットは非常に悪く、ルールは大学の寮には厳しすぎますが、親切なスタッフがいる寮です。
設備はすべてとてもいいです。
ほとんどの部分が清潔でした（キッチンは居住者によって清掃されているためカウントされません）。
そのほとんどは、私がそこに住んでいたとき（2016-2017）にまったく新しい感じがしました。
しかし、部屋は部屋がどこにあるのかにはあまりにも高価です。
提供されるサービスは、追加費用を正当化しません。
もう1つ、インターネットが悪いというのは控えめな表現です。

時々ランダムに停止し、VPNを使用してSteamでゲームをプレイする必要がありました（原文）The Internet is quite bad, the rules are far too strict for a college dorm, but it is a dorm with helpful staff. The amenities are all quite nice. Clean for the most part (the kitchen doesn't count as it's cleaned by the residents), most of it felt brand new when I lived there (2016-2017). Rooms are however far too expensive for what they are and where they are located. The servies provided don't justify the extra cost.One more thing: the internet being bad is an understatement, especially if you want to play video games. It stops at random sometimes, I had to use a VPN to play games on steam

（原文）If you are looking for a place to live, I never recommend you to live here. Instead, you should live in other dorms. So many Japanese resident mentors left this dorm with a lot of complaints.Ritsumeikan international center exploits Japanese student staffs. They can only get 10000 yen discount from the official rent price of this dorm. They need to look after international students everyday and every time. In addition, the dorm is really strict. No flexibility. They are not allowed to welcome guests after 9. The room is really tiny. And kitchen is dirty. The wall is really thin, and no privacy.

私が今まで日本に滞在した中で最高の大学寮の1つ。
非常に厳格な規則：9歳を超えるゲストは部屋で禁煙（これは日本のすべての寮での規則です）。
近くのアパートの価格と比較してかなり高価な家賃。
しかし、雰囲気は本当に良いです。
ここに1学期または1年以上滞在する場合は、強くお勧めします。
場所は、施設だけでなく、一緒に暮らす人々のことでもあります。
私の年は本当にエキサイティングでした！（原文）One the best university dormitories I have ever stayed in Japan. Quite strict rules: no guests after 9, no smoking in rooms (this is the rule for all of the dormitories in Japan.Quite expensive rent compared to the price of apartments nearby.However the atmosphere is really good. If you are staying here over a semester or year highly recommend. The place is not only about the facilities, but about the people who you stay with. My year was really exciting!
