GetCars went out of their way to purchase most of my cars through negotiation which saved me hundreds of thousands of yen. They are the only company that consistently does this which is why their service is unmatched in the industry. And the staff are very professional and go out of their way to provide the perfect buying experience by doing translations and requesting additional information from the auction if needed. （原文）I have dealt with this company since 2012. They are very professional, courteous and very helpful. I have had nothing, but very good experience with them. They walked me through understanding the Japanese auctioning process, and how to use their user-friendly web portal. I have requested and promptly received details about potential purchases before bidding. I was able to make informed bids and have since purchased 5 personal vehicles (1Hiace, 2Ipsums, 2Fielders) though them. I will definitely use them again for any future purchase(s). I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a car from Japan.

Steer clear !!! Paul Cathcart was actually a friend, if he can screw over a friend for extra money he will you one day too ! Didn't tell us the true state of the vehicle in fear of us canceling the purchase. Car was wrongly graded at B interior B exterior in Kobe literally his back yard, Paul withheld the true state of the car from us thus a 3.5 grade full price was paid + 3K worth in rust repairs for this vehicle.
