Don't shy away from this place because it's small. It is an official Breitling Authorized Dealer. I bought my B55 in Australia and I wanted to change my strap. They graciously ordered my desired strap, cut the strap, and installed it for me. I wish they offered the instant consumption tax refund on the spot. They should I could get the refund but it would take a couple of weeks. I only had a limited amount of time and I decided to pay for the taxes. The strap was ordered on a Monday and was delivered on Thursday. By early evening my new strap was fitted and installed cleanly. They were cutting and installing my strap in private but I could see it in the distance. I asked them if I could watch. Without hesitation, they moved their workspace onto the counter so I could watch them. I was more than impressed with the customer service. My Japanese is limited but the staff compensated with their English. I was fortunate enough for them to communicate in English.
