見た目は綺麗ですよ。
値段 5設備・ハウスクリーニング 3足して2で割って、もっかいよく考えてみて、星4でも部屋で水が出るのが良いので、星4.1あとは、変なせんべいついてるので、星4.2来るまでの来るまでの商店街が凄く良いので星4.4

Very clean and accommodating. Rooms are small but Western standards but this is Japan. Staff is very attentive and nice. Limited English. 15-minute walk from the station but I love walking. Good stay.
This place isn't awful, but know some things: online they really showcase their biggest rooms, and none of them show the rooms of the size that we ended up with (tiny, big enough to fit only the bed, which is on the floor). Bathroom was also tiny (comically so for me. I have bruised elbows and knees from attempting to shower here and I'm only 6 feet tall). We've been in Japan for a month, so we know what to expect for the most part, and this was very small even for Japan. Refused our request for a late check-out. The guy who seems to be the owner is kind of a pain. He clearly has a really particular way he wants things done and will really push to have them done his way, even though he lacks the English to communicate it to you. He comes to the room a lot (no "do not disturb" option I could locate) and is really insistent about changing your towels, trash, etc. It's nice that they care to do that, but when I told them repeatedly No, i don't need a new towel, and I'm (visibly) in the middle of an important call, he was insistent and a pain. This same exact thing happened two days in a row. Otherwise it's clean and nice looking. Not the best location, but also not the worst.

Very basic but nice rooms. The hotel is brand new and rooms as well as public spaces are in a very good condition. Also good amenities are provided and staff is helpful. Do note that rooms cannot be entirely darkened and cleaning is not done every day. There is some noise from the road behind the house. Also, for late check after 10 pm, 1.000 yen will be charged. The location is a bit off, staff however did drive us to the metro station as well as to the Skytree and also offered to pick us up there. Next metro station is Ojima which is a 10 mins walk.
