（原文）My experience with MLC was pretty mixed. The staff is super nice and their materials are really good. Otoh individual lessons are not really individual. I was taking some private lessons, having clearly stated my goals (spoken Japanese for casual conversation), yet I still got to buy a book for business Japanese and had to fill in work sheets basically all the time. Having worked as a teacher myself as well as having taken private language lessons in various countries, I gotta say that their 1on1 teaching leaves quite a bit of room for improvement.

If you are ready to work hard you can get great results and very native-like speech.They do not support student visas and therefore most student are living in Japan long-term. This is good school to support your language development at whatever level and especially fine-tune advanced Japanese for proficiency test or professional use.
