Do not stay here. The place is completely filthy, you won't get your deposit back, the rent is already too expensive for the area and service, and you'll constantly be harassed by the staff. There are other guest houses and Airbnb hosts in the area with friendly staff that will treat you properly. It's also worth any extra transportation costs that you might have to pay staying in a guest house further away, because the other places won't steal a $700 deposit from you. Stay away from Tokyo Accommo and Global Tokyo, LLC at any cost.
