以前、コラボのツアーで京都に来たときにここにオトクなきっぷを買いに来た。
その際に、店員さんがそのコラボをご存知だったみたいで、おすすめのきっぷや効率の良い回り方について親身にアドバイスしてくれたのが良かった。
その前に来たときは、待ち時間長いな〜って印象だったけど丁寧な接客だからなのかな。
旅行会社のクーポンを引き換えに訪問しました。
ご対応いただいた方が、ユーモラスにまたとても詳しく教えていただき、あまり歩かずバスにも乗れました。
京阪電車はおっしゃるとおり心地よくて寝過ごさないようにきをつけました。
またの機会にも利用させていただきます。

Most of the staffs are helpful and friendly and speak good English EXCEPT one guy. This guy uses impolite Japanese as if I was a kid. Sorry, but I had lived in Japan for years and when I come with polite Japanese, don’t talk to me with your slang impolite Japanese (maybe you are trying to be friendly (?) but NO, Japanese is not similar as English)一応、女性たちのスタッフの対応が良かったですが、1人の叔父さんだけ、私にタメ口で言い返した(私は無視したけどね)。
叔父さん、他の女性たちから日本語を習い直してください。
あなたは一番年上かもしれないんだけどスタッフはサービス用の日本語をちゃんと使ってね❗️

京都やその周辺地域での滞在中に何か助けが必要な場合は、立ち寄ることを強くお勧めします。

（原文）Kyoto Tower is just above the tourist information center. They're selling a lot of different rail passes that you can collect on the spot. The staff speaks fluent Mandarin and English. Head to the counter and ask for some coupons before heading to any destination. I've received a free entrance ticket for me and my friends to Kyoto Tower.
There is a prayer room. with friendly service.
We lost a backbag in a taxi. Person here was most helpful and polite and advised us of best action to take.
Very helpful staff that are willing to go the extra mile to help you find out what to do in Kyoto.One plus that puts this over the Tourist Information Center located in Kyoto Station second floor is that they have an event space here that will regularly have some art display and sometimes even tea time with a Maiko (what many confuse with a geisha) for an extra fee of course.

Michelle really saved us by reserving the airport bus from Hirakata. We were trying to reserve with a company that only took phone reservations in Japanese, and were facing showing up without a ticket until Michelle saved the day. Her English is excellent, making planning so much easier! They have lots of free maps and information in English, and can help with all kinds of planning for all over Japan. The most comprehensive Tourist Information desk in Kyoto. Thanks Michelle!
