Nice spacious room. A little off they main road. Owner was reachable for questions. Within walking distance of public transportation
Looks really good. Not far away from the Toji station. Even have Amazon TV stick so I can watch Netflix and YouTube. (They logged in the Netflix account)Only one downside, no toothbrush, toothpaste etc. But I'm totally OK with it.

First the bad: They weren't too friendly in the email exchange. There is nowhere to hang your clothes to dry. They should provide something other than a few hangers. The kitchen is very barebones, just one hot-plate for example. Only one bathroom. The good: Bikes are included!!! This is a very big bonus. If you are in Kyoto you have to go by bike. Incredibly useful. The location was good for us. Air conditioning. Washing machine.
