One of the best experiences of our lives, we feel so grateful for having stayed here. We stayed for 2 nights with another couple. It is a farm stay, but the house is very clean and very comfortable. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, full of green trees everywhere you look, and right next to the ocean where you can enjoy a peaceful sunset.There are 2 separate tatami mat rooms that you can stay in. The futons are comfortable and we slept very well. The couple that lives there fed us well (too well, we are definitely heavier now). The food was delicious (Japanese breakfast, yakitori, sashimi, pork belly, fresh fruits and honey that are all locally made). The kindness of the host couple will stay with us forever. They really care about making you happy. One thing to note — they do not speak English, but they can accommodate foreigners and can converse by using translate on a tablet.Don’t miss out on all the local activities — we dug for bamboo shoots, harvested some mushrooms, explored the nearby cave, and biked around the nature park (definitely don’t miss out on that — 5km of beauty!).
