I ordered an item for $16.80 plus S&H so the total was $40. I waited 2 months and now I recieve a email telling me my order was returned. That I'm only getting the $16.80 refunded and not the cost of S&H. This is ridiculous, why should I be charged for a item I NEVER received? Worst customer service, they never responded to my numerous emails. I highly recommend no one EVER order from this website. They will steal your money and ignore you when you try and get it back. You guys should be shut down cause you're all frauds!
Buyer beware. Ordered over $100 worth of stuff, everything came fine no problem. Next month ordered a less than $10 item. Package came, and all literally received was an empty envelope. The invoice was there along with the file folder they always include and that is it. Contacted customer service multiple times and sent them pictures of everything. They insisted the package envelope wasn't from them so it wasn't their problem....even though the invoice inside led me to contact customer service to begin with. Seems to work great if you get all your stuff, but if there is a mix up or issue they won't help. Very saddened by this but I won't be using them again.

Even though the price is high because of my country 's monetary value. The items this store has are very cool. I have bought several times from it, and I'm very satisfied with the service and delivery time. Although, I will prefer that the price were in yen.
Tokyo Otaku Mode is extremely professional, and very fulfilling! i ordered a simple t-shirt from them, and when the package arrived, they had sent some freebies too! i received the ordered shirt, a poster, a postcard, a folder and a sticker! i would definitely recommend! i will definitely shop here again many more times! and i am a forever happy customer! they even have an app!
A nice shop that may or may not ship to your location due to legal reasons of certain products. The site mainly carries pre-order figures, it's a best place to keep up with news regarding figures. They sell a moderate amount of goods (not figure related) They're prices are acceptable but unless your buying over $100 they're shipping cost will kick you in the ass.The store is nice and easy to navigate though.Consider buying from here.(I've never been to their store physically but I buy from their website.)

They're scammers, all their promotions always ended up costing you more, especially the membership discount; they jack up shipping cost; don't give options like small packet and such that other shops like AmiAmi and Hobby Search does. Then they auto renew your membership; adding on all the policies so that you can't even cancel. Can't cancel until 30 days; wants you to forget you subscribed and can't refund money!!! Not good for anyone that frequently travel and can't meet their looped jumping policies. I ask all current members/non-members to check their account and double check that you were not already made the quarterly $14.99 payment unaware; very easy by their set up to have agreed to something you have not by them!!! Oh, and when they update policy in their favor, they won't notify you the changes; you have to regularly check for updates.
