We were pleasantly surprised to find this place during our PCS from Okinawa and stayed for three nights. Not only is it within the government rate for two dependents, it is huge. It has three separate bedrooms. Great for larger families. There was a FULL kitchen with all the plates and cups you could need. A fooseball table with a glass top that was also a dining table. Two bathrooms, one in the master and one in the common living area. The room came furnished with toiletries and towels, which is awesome for someone who had to just throw/give away everything that couldn't be shipped. There is even a long balcony outside that, though spacious, is largely under-utilized. There isn't any sort of bistro set out there or anything, which would have been a very welcome addition. On top of that, the AC water drainage lands right on the balcony and creates this gross, though small, river of water. Some proper drainage would be an easy fix. The beds were very much on the firm side. I know this all sounds like a bunch of negative remarks, but even so, the size of this place makes up for it. Being stuck in a small hotel room with a child can be horrible. Having this place being the size of our home, or larger, was a BIG bonus.Positive: Very close to American Village and Kadena Large Room Multi/large family friendly Ocean & beachfront view No check-in process. The key is at the front door. Full kitchen can save you money Quiet LocationNegative: Parking is VERY tight Room could use some updating, like the couch in the living room, replacement of ceiling tiles. No elevator. (the condo is on the third floor) Not pet friendly.
