Sim is a very hospitable and accommodating host. We were personally guided to the place and Sim helped us navigate our way around Fukuoka. My friend and I stayed there for our Christmas break and we had a wonderful time there. The house is near the train station, hot springs and Dazaifu which is a famous tourist spot in the area. We will definitely come back for our next japan trip.
Nice man sharing his nice house , with tatami guest rooms . Minimal bathroom but in fact you you the nice 2 onsens 10mn wlk away .powerful heating and airconditioning. Only reservation is the noise level in the room , from local traffic but it is like this always in Japan because of the lack of insulation everywhere. Plenty of restaurants nearby .ideally located between the 2 railways stations of Futsukaichi . 2 stops from dazaifu .and 15mn also by train from Hakata. Sim is very helpful.
Lugar muy tranquilo y lindo. Ordenado con muchas comodidades. Lugar estrategico para ir a visitar templos, onsen o moverse en el area de kyushu.

Very good place, employee very effective and nice, very clean, cheap and convenient because 5 min walk from 2 stations nearby. I recommend it strongly.
