Horrible reception. They do not rent for anyone that does not speak fluently Japanese. Even with Japanese driver licence and residence card, even by paying by credit card. It took so long to complete the previous client instructions to give them the keys and them to talk to me. If you are not native Japanese, get rid of it. And do not waste your time.
ガソリンスタンドなので保有車両は少ないので早めの予約をお勧めします。
