Available only on Symphony Moderna, a highly personalised Sushi Kaiseki dining counter located on deck 4 of the said cruise ship. Staff-to-guest ration was 1:1. From the pier terminal passengers waiting room to the restaurant we were escorted by white-gloved uniformed staff. The immediate feeling of being the Cruise's preferred guests was heartwarming in this cold new year eve.We have chosen the Kaiseki KAGAYAKI (輝) 8-course dinner. The exclusive 8-seater counter was solely occupied by both of us. From appetizer to dessert, every fine dish was beautifully decorated and represents an old Japanese story. Hospitality was warm and genuine. One drink was included. Chef Nomura was extremely friendly & thoughtful. Besides pointing to us the landmarks around Tokyo Bay, each & every special touch was introduced with the Japanese style & finesse. We were delighted to wrap up our 2017 onboard this romantic Cruise with such fine dining at Sushi Dining Kanonn!
