The office is new, clean and well equipped and even has 2 receptionists at the lobby who can provide concierge services. This is unique for a small office building of only 6 stories with 18 tenants. However, the building is so inefficiently and poorly managed despite the high rent that it is frustrating! For example, the everyday cleaning of office floors and restrooms is never satisfactorily done and the response and attitude of the receptionists and the building management company is so unprofessional. People considering to rent this office should think very carefully.
