日中を除き、スタッフは常駐していませんので自己責任で利用することになります。
深夜時間帯は独りで利用する場合もあります。
セキュリティ上はひとりずつ入場するセキュリティカードや防犯カメラで管理されています。
マシンは一通り揃っています。
更衣室やシャワーも完備されていますが、シャンプーなどの設備はありません。
どちらかと言うと若者向きのコンセプトです。
運動しながら景色や夜新宿副都心が綺麗です。

施設自体は一通り揃ってていいと思うが、1時間とか1時間半フリーウエイトエリアのベンチ占領する人が平気でいるので普通にうざい。
利用するユーザーは考えてほしい。
Refused to give me membership because I don't speak Japanese. Would be kind of them to specify this in ther website and adverts so non Japanese don't waste their time trying to get membership.

天井が低いが、特に問題ない。
全てのマシンが割りと新しいし、テレビとUSB充電がついている。
他のコメントで「外国人で入会断られた」と書いてあるが、全く問題なく入会できて、スタッフの対応がとても良かった。
4つ星にしたのは無料の冷水機がないから。
有料（1ヶ月・1600円程度）のものはあるが、その値段は低コストのジムとしては少し違うかな・・・Open 24-hours. The ceiling is a little low, but not really a problem. All the machines are fairly new and have USB ports for charging. Other people have written they were refused for being a foreigner, but I had absolutely no problem joining. The staff were incredibly pleasant and easy to deal with. 4-stars as there is no free drinking fountain, only one that costs 1600 yen / month to use -- sort of defeats the purpose of a low-cost gym.
I was also refused membership despite attempting to use Japanese. I'm quite new to the country but I can also get help from friends to translate agreements and contracts etc. So, I think there's little reason I was told simply, "only Japanese speaking people", except perhaps the staff are lazy and don't want the faff of dealing with a Gaijin. In other words, go to 'Anytime Fitness'. They'll take the time to enroll you despite not speaking fluent Japanese yet.

周辺のオススメ
ジムが暑すぎる。
冬だからと言ってエアコンの温度を上げすぎていて運動して体温が上がった後のことを考えられていない。
スタッフが快適な温度に設定されている。
場所によってはエアコンが直撃する場所もあり、とても不快。
