It was my last day on Japan and I wanted to buy a shamisen; I arrived at 5:00 pm to their store and had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to attend me.Then some lady who I think was in charge, suddenly appeared and told me "we're closed" in Japanese in a very rude manner. Even when in their website they claim to close at 6:00 PM. I think she is usually very rude towards foreign customers... so please don't come here.
It seems the lady who runs this place doesn't want to sell anything to foreigners

私の休日に2019年にそこにいました、そして老夫婦によって完全に歓迎されました。
彼女はどうやら日本語しか話せないようですが、彼は英語が話せて、私の質問すべてにとても熱心に答えてくれました（私も基本的な日本語を話せるので、とても助かりました）。
必要な考えをすべてまとめた後、巧みに作られた三味線を実際に演奏するために必要な非常に基本的なことも示されました。
だからここに私から5つ星。
（原文）Can't agree with the 1-star-reviews at all.Been there 2019 on my holidays and was perfectly welcome by the elderly couple.While she apparently speaks only japanese, he can speak some english and was very eager to answer all of my questions (I can speak some basic japanese, too, which helped a lot).After we got all the thinks needed together, I was also showed the very basic things needed to actually play my nicely crafted shamisen.So 5 stars from me here.
