窓際席からの眺めが◎美味しいけど、各メニューともボリュームは少なめ、少食の方向きです。
12:00～13:00のみランチタイムらしく、その時間は結構込みます。
コーヒーが美味しいそうですが、時間がなくて断念しました。

メニューは多少限定されていますが（下記参照）、値段は安いのではなく、サービスはそれほど丁寧ではありませんが、県庁所在地（15階）からの眺めは素晴らしいです。
ほとんどのテーブルは、景色を最大限に楽しむには少し低いですが、2つの椅子があり、訪問者は街全体を右に見ることができます。
3つの他のテーブル（4つの椅子）も素晴らしい景色を提供します。
私たちが行ったその日の他の顧客はいませんでした。
入り口にプラスチック製の食品を入れたキャビネットがあり、指し示すことで注文できるようになっていますが、スタッフが英語を話すと確信しています。

ケーキは良いですが、非常に小さい（日本の基準でさえも）。
電話番号922 3111（原文）The menu is somewhat limited (see below), the prices are not cheap bearing in mind the small portion sizes, the services is not that quick, but very polite, but the view from the top (15th floor) of the prefectural hall is spectacular. Most of the tables are a little low to enjoy the view to the fullest but there are two chairs that allow visitors to look right down on the whole city. Three other (four chair) tables also provide excellent views. There were no other customers on the day that we went. There is a cabinet containing plastic food at the entrance to enable ordering by pointing but I am sure the staff speak English.
