Their system of letting people drop in for classes is very convenient. The teachers are very dedicated. Even as a beginner I was able to follow along and learn.

（原文）I think YogaTree is great. All of the Instructors are very knowledgeable, and there is very little ego in the room - just people sincerely committed to the practice. In fact, many Yoga Instructors also attend classes here. Overall, the studio is Iyengar influenced, with an emphasis on correct form and concern for preventing injury. Workshops feature some of the top instructors from around the world on their Tokyo visits. The practice space is also quite good, with custom built flooring. Props are provided, and instruction is often provided in both English and Japanese. You can do Drop In classes if you wish, though now that Covid is upon us it is best to reserve classes in advance. - Namaste.
私はオーストラリアから1週間だけ日本にいて、幸運にも広尾でヨガツリーを見つけました。
私はエリカのクラスを2つ行いましたが、それらはバイリンガルでしたので素晴らしかったです。
彼女は自分のものを知っています:)スペースは小さいですが（日本で期待されているように）、十分すぎるほどで見つけやすいです。
エリカと広尾のヨガツリーに感謝します。
（原文）I was only in Japan for a week from Australia and luckily found Yoga Tree in Hiroo. I did two of Erica's classes and they were bilingual which was great and even though i was just a drop-in, Erica helped with corrections and introduced me to some new Iyengar asanas. She knows her stuff :)The space is small (as expected in Japan) but more than adequate and so easy to find. Thanks Erica and to the Yoga Tree in Hiroo.
