ワインなし-人生なし!!（原文）(Please note - Made a mistake on the first review of this wine bar. Before mentioned the restaurant next door and it was closed. This review is the second time around and still great to come to drink great wine and relax).Was looking for a nice, simple, and not so crowded winery spot to cap off a smooth night in downtown Fukuoka. Found this and though it was closed for the evening. Went in and was amazed for the fact that it was Valentines Day and this spot wasn’t crowded. It’s a little bit off the beaten path, but I am beginning to really understand that the best places being found are enjoyed the most. The choices of wine are simple and cool, the host (and probably owner) is the Japanese word for stylish - “O-Sha-re”. She explained the wines in great detail and thought she created the wines herself. When it comes to the price and quality, not cheap, but not expensive either. So if you want to impress someone and not be in the mix of things with a crowded restaurant or wine bar, something like this would be a good fix. For foreigners, the host’s background (been overseas a lot and exposed herself to different cultures), she probably can at least speak English and of course her native tongue - Japanese.
