The service was great. Transfer happened in a few minutes!The rates weren't bad. The bad reviews here seem to be pretty old. May be things changed over time.

（原文）Everyone working here was very helpful and nice, but there is no privacy. The glass is clear and there is nothing blocking anyone from walking by and reading your bank information on the forms. I felt very uncomfortable with my information out in the open, but comfortable working with the clerks.

この率はあまり良くありません、私はハニダ空港でさえより良い率（およそ-1.5％）を見ました。
