Le guide parle anglais et explique clairement à l'aide d'images, et il nous fait découvrir l'histoire de ce boeuf si réputé et connu sous le nom de boeuf de Kôbe! Mais ne vous y méprenez pas, les boeufs sont bien tous originaires de la région de Tajima !Ce circuit permet donc d'être au coeur de la nature où vivent ces vaches, avec une forêt et une végétation dense, qu'on a pas l'habitude de voir en France.Pour couronner le tout, la dégustation de boeuf de Tajima donne la possibilité de goûter toutes (ou presque) les parties du boeuf de Tajima, grillés et à déguster avec ou sans sauce. Un délice !Bref je recommande ce circuit à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent visiter un Japon hors des sentiers battus et qui ont soifs d'aventures !

The Waku Waku Guide Club tour teaches you about the largely unknown past of farmers and their tenacious efforts to restore the Japanese cattle population, all with a guide who can speak Japanese, English, and French. We passed by landmarks while biking downhill, stopping by gorgeous scenery along the way. These were excellent photo spots. Afterwards, we stopped by a restaurant which offers a quite unique dish -- a sampling plate of 41 pieces of wagyu. It is possibly a once in a lifetime opportunity to sample cuts of beef which cannot be found anywhere but the hometown of these cows.The bike ride itself was exhilirating. Although it was initially difficult to get used to the settings of the mountain bicycle, our guides explained everything clearly and we were zipping along the road like pros eventually, with the experience resembling a roller coaster. It felt all the more rewarding to get to a new beautiful sight after taking time to trek down a winding road. If you're looking for an atypical tour filled with thrills and hidden sights, then this is the tour for you!
