Yet she was super patient with the links I sent, super thorough with her advice and always helpful with my doubts and getting the utilities set-up. （原文）Smart Relocate, managed by Yoko-san, is the best company we could have hoped for to help my friend and me find a lovely apartment.Yoko-san has accompanied us in every step, including filling out and translating Japanese paperwork, making an inkan (hanko), and even visiting the apartment after 7pm (after work).Then, she helped us set up all utilities needed like water, gas, electricity, and the internet. It is a bit embarrassing to say, but she practically did everything, and we just had to sign the contract and pay the moving fees.I greatly recommend looking for an apartment via Smart Relocate and Yoko-san. Especially if you do not speak Japanese fluently, or if you have trouble reading long Japanese contract. I assure you you will be able to move in without any headache!All in all, it took us less than 3 weeks from the apartment visit to the actual moving in.
