The definition of a hassle. The staff are rude and incredulous. The work hours are ridiculously short and are only available during weekdays. The fees are outlandish (2500 yen to cash a cheque!) No foreign exchange apart from dollars, at awful rates. Go with JP Bank, this company should've failed a long time ago.
