This place offers catering and takeaway (with an advance ordering), but not a dine-in option -- for a good reason. It is just an ordinary residential house, even without any signboard. So I suppose they offer truly home-style food. It is not easy to pinpoint the place, but Google Maps is precise, and you can call them once you are there (it is one of the houses across the street from Takeshima Elementary School).Anyway, I ordered Beef Kottu with Papadam (crispy bread) for takeaway. It came with a hot sauce. I have never been to Sri Lanka and I can't speak with any authority, but I have traveled extensively to many places including South India (Bangalore and Chennai) and love trying local foods. The food from here did taste authentic to me, especially Papadam and hot sauce. Perhaps Kottu would have tasted better if it were hot (in temperature), but it is my fault as I was late for pickup and I had it during my bicycle trip without heating equipment.So I was happy with the food, but the price was rather steep (1,800 JPY) for my order for one person (the quantity was more than enough for me but I ate up all the food). They announce the daily menu on Facebook and Google but without any pricing -- maybe the price is negotiable or other menus are less expensive but I don't know.I have communicated in English without a problem.ケータリングとテイクアウト（要事前予約）専門で、中では食べられません。
と言うのも、この「店」があるのは普通の住宅で、看板すら出ていません。
おそらく本格的なスリランカ料理で美味しかったですが、少し多めとは言え一人分で1800円と言うのは高い気がします。
メニューは日替わりで値段も書いてないので、他の品はもっと安いのかもしれませんし値段交渉の余地もあるのかもしれません（が私にはわかりません）。
Facebook等の店からのお知らせも英語なので、英語でやり取りしましたがスムースに行きました。
日本語でのやり取りについては、やっていないのでわかりません。

茨城の他のスリランカ料理レストランを試してみましたが、これとは比較になりませんでした。
私はピットゥ、フィッシュロティ、ワタラッパンを注文しました。
どれも手作りの味でした。
場所が少し遠かったので、毎日でも食べられたかもしれません。
