ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! If you are looking to buy a car in okinawa, i highly reccomend them! The staff is super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I honestly could not reccomend them enough. If you are military, they are the absolute best!
Affordable family vehicles with a great warranty program.2 year warranty offered which allows you to repair all deficiencies on the vehicle prior to the 2 year JCI requirement and you end up saving thousands.Customer service has depreciated over the years as they havebeen dealing with more and nore aggravated customers from the local bases. Most workers now have an attitude or feel a superiority complex and talk down to customers.Always haggle the price, most vehicles on the lot came from an auction and cost the seller only a couple hundred dollars.Offering a cash payout initially will also greatly drop the price.

Everyone here is super nice. They also have some pretty good deals on vehicles. I would say for your fist vehicle buy from them since you have a 2 year warranty and they honor it.

Completely horrid experience. Spent days shopping to find the "perfect" car only to find out the bluetooth/ gps/ backup camera was broken! When pointing it out, the salesman agreed it would be fixed for the agreed upon price or that we could take the car at a discount for the problem..... However the manager, offered back that the price of the car wouldn't be honored and that he would have to fix it, to waste hours of our day to now jerk up the price and assume we're go with it.. :/ No thanks.
Wow. Never go here! Spent 3 days shopping and meeting, picked a car, and discussed an agreed upon price with JoJo(who seems like a nice guy and it's probably not his fault). . And then when his boss went to do the final contract he changed the complete agreement. Not only was there an issue with the car (broken SIM card/ backup camera) but when pointed out; they upped the price of the car. Lesson learned, don't shop here - don't trust that the car will be functioning- and don't trust that the contract will be anything as agreed. Go anywhere else, or just start juggling knives it would be safer and less of a waste of time. Will not be referring any of my service members or anyone else here!

Not what it is cracked up to be. While they do have a 2 year warranty (what attracted me to go there after told by others), the prices were considerably higher. I took the warranty into account but the salesman didn't seem to care too much to work with me on the price as he had an arrogant attitude that if I didn't buy, they had plenty of other customers that would. Big disappointment!
Was assisted by Dave The salesman, very nice guy, friendly. Speaks both English and Japanese. Found a car in my budget, but wasn't able to purchase until the funds transferred from one bank to another. They prepped the car for me until then, even helped with insurance. Dave answered all my questions, even fixed the hood after I accidentally broke some pieces of trying to open it. Other than my mess up it was very smooth. Definitely recommend!
