（原文）I had an issue with my bumper and they made it look like new. The cost was very low and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend them to anyone.
Tomas garage helped me with a quick JCI repair and loaner car right before a PCS. The staff was great. I wish i had found this garage/listened to my friends much earlier.

Complete lack of customer service. They constantly gave me the run around, ignored what I was saying and kept offering other services. I brought my car in for a transmission flush and I got it back 6 hours later and I'm 100 percent sure that if I drain a little of the fluid out it would be dark and nasty because they didn't change it. Wasted my time and money. The office kept hanging up on me when I called for follow up question and told me my car is too low for towing even though it has a normal clearance. Nothing I asked for is out of the ordinary and was not difficult but they would grow flustered and give up. Really annoying.
They charged me $70.00 to tell me what was wrong (which I told them???) plus the cost of fixing it??? They never told me there would be an extra charge to look at the car and confirm that what I said needed to be fixed??? So, just be advised that you might get extra fees along with the cost of fixing it.
I've been here for both jci and tire change always got good service what I asked for without too many add ons the staff I've seen speak good English and don't try to upsell and even allowed me to use a loner car that was probably in better condition than my real car
Toma's Garage is hands down the most amazing auto repair shop. Excellent communication, honest service, knowledgeable and the price is extremely fair.
Quick diagnostics of vehicle problems, and fixed my car its running perfectly. My only advice is to promptly call for the loaner vehicle there free but hard to come by due to how busy this garage is nevertheless they fixed my car very quickly and there were some serious problems.
These guys always take good care of me and all my vehicles. They charge a fair price for service and their work has always been top notch.
Pretty good place. Took my car in to fix a dent because neither car place on Kadena does body work apparently. They charged me $520 to fix my dent which wouldn't let me open my front passenger door, but they did give me a free loaner van for the whole time they had my car. They didn't call me when they had the loaner available like they said they would, so if you come here, you'll have to be proactive and call them to get your loaner. The van was horribly slow, but it was clean and free, so I can't really complain. It took about a week for them to fix my car, and they did a really good job. It's like the dent was never there. I do recommend them. Credit cards accepted.
