Excellent sake tasting experience! Very informative and interesting. The sakes are all very different from each other and they also go really well with the food pairings. You can really use what you learn in the first “theory” part to better understand what you taste afterwards. And our teacher/guide was incredibly kind and helpful with our questions! Thank you!

（原文）I became a sake lover during my stay in Japan and wanted to learn more about how it was made and this sake experience was very helpful. We learnt about the making at the brewery and later on sake tasting. Very simple but very informative and effective and our guide was so nice and kind.

周辺のオススメ
It's good fun and a relatively detailed guide to sake (nihonshu as we are supposed to call it). It definitely has a back to class feel for the first 45 mins which can be tiring as you are in a traditional style dark room which was nice and warm... some details (like how to read a bottle) were interesting but there is a limited chance I'll be able to remember them. But if was neat still to learn more about the different varieties and discover what I liked.
