A little pricey way to get around to some parts of Tokyo but for a first timer to Odaiba is a great idea. The water buses are modern and very stable (does not feel like you are on water). Even the toilets on the water bus are the Japanese standard (clean and modern). Great way to get a good view and photos of the rainbow bridge
