日帰りだったのでノンアルでしたが料理も美味しく、オススメされたみゆきポークはかなりお気に入りです(写真を撮り忘れてしまって後悔)。
温泉卵も美味でした。
店員さんも明るく優しく、こういうお店がある温泉街は魅力的です。
次は絶対に宿を取ってから行きたいですね。

The hidden gem near the Ashiyu hot springs. Great friendly atmosphere with Japanese foods using local produce and a bit of western fusion. Food is the next level. We really appreciate Taka’s friendly information about must-sees in the village! She runs Snow Shoeing tour in English and knows Australian/Kiwi very well ;)
