（原文）A wonderful tea plantation cultivated under Mr. Harima. Their teas include Uji Bio brand teas and are of exceptional quality. Reassuringly all teas are certified organic under the JAS and have been tested to be radiation free. The varieties I have enjoyed – sencha, bancha, and matcha have all been a real delight - full of flavour and umami – and provide fond memories of my time in Kyoto.
