私たちは彼の店とワークショップに予定を持たずに散歩し、彼が作った各作品/特定の種類の色とパターンを達成するために使われた技法を注意深く見せてくれました。
私は彼の店を十分に推薦することはできません。

（原文）Kenichi, the main store owner and craftsman, was incredibly generous and detailed in his lesson on indigo dyeing. We strolled into his store and workshop without an appointment and he carefully showed us each piece he had made/the technique used to achieve a specific type of color and pattern. I can not recommend his store enough. The wares are not cheap but are worth the investment.
A true hidden treasure with filled with lovingly wonderful hosts and fantastic authentic products. I had no problem opening my wallet for these types of products and service.
Great shop with super friendly owners. Must for everybody with respect for great craftmanship and love for beautiful clothes. Bought great pair of pants that I expect to wear for many years. Afterwards the owner went to great lengths to drive(!) us to a kaiseki restaurant in the area.
This place is amazing. It's REAL Indigo and not fake indigo. They take the time to explain everything works. They have items for sale and yes, they can be a bit pricey. But time is money, and for some pricier articles, it took them a long time to dye them. I bought a few items myself and will recommend this place to anyone who goes to Kyoto.

Beautiful natural indigo dyed fabrics and clothing. After my family purchased, the shop owner demonstrated how he dyes the clothes. The store is in a traditional Japanese home structure. The authentic natural indigo dye that lasts for a very long time is why you would to buy here. You are not likely to find similar work or product elsewhere. All the work is hand made by this local Japanese family. This place is the real deal.

Aizen kobo is a must visit for all indigo, natural dye, shibori and textile enthusiasts. Very high quality work, with prices to match, but worth it.

Had an amazing experience with Kenichi and Hisako. They are both amazing people. The quality of the work is unmatched and the experience was equally as good. Another younger gentleman came into the store later and he was very kind and welcoming as well.Absolutely will be returning to purchase more pieces very soon!
