So, this place is amazing. There's only about 5 or 6 seats here, so you may have to check back or wait if there is a crowd. The chef doesn't speak much English and you should know a little Japanese or be able to read a little to make this a fun experience. Okonomiyaki is a pancake type dish that has cabbage, meat, and a few other delicious items in it. It is cooked on a hot top and finished with mayonnaise and a special sauce, fish flakes, and powdered sea weed. The menu is in Japanese and there's many different types of Okonomiyaki.
