メールでの問い合わせに対しては何も返事がありませんでしたが、直接会いに行ったとき、冷たくて役に立たない従業員による予約がなければ訪問できないと言われました。
（原文）I didn't receive any response to my email inquiries and when I went to ask in person, I was told I could only visit with a reservation by a cold and unhelpful employee.
会社のオフサイドでお世話になりましたがスタッフの方の対応がとても素晴らしく、絶対にまた来ると決意しました。
対応が不親切女性従業員の声がかなり小さく、説明の仕方もわかりづらい。

We took a quick tour of the studio, which is very nice. The staff were very friendly and it looks like they do great work there, the glazes were amazing. The romantic futurist style of the pottery is pretty cool.
